Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policies
PLEASE NOTE THIS AGREEMENT CONCERNS ALL CUSTOMERS AND APPLIES TO ALL MERCHANDISE OFFERED.
Please read these Returns and Warranty policies as well as our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the WaterPumpLiquidators.com website (the “Service”) operated by Water Pump Liquidators (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Returns and Warranty policies. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
1. Returns Policy
1.1 - While we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their orders, understand that Water Pump Liquidators' sells primarily overstock merchandise and that there is an inherent risk when purchasing these items.
1.2 - In an effort to offer the best possible values in the market place, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for any reason on any of the products we sell.
1.3 - We will not be held liable for any discontentment in regards to the sale and/or quality of the item purchased.
1.4 - Items sold may contain distressed merchandise, and the amounts available may vary. The majority of the items sold will have original manufacturer box and/or may contain original documentation. We will always strive to provide the best possible information regarding condition, but will not be held responsible for errors or omissions in condition descriptions.
1.5 - By purchased using our Service, Customer understands, all items will be sold in "AS-IS" CONDITION.
1.6 - Due to the nature of products sold, we make no claim, expressed or implied, to the existence or coverage of any manufacturers warranties for any products purchased.
1.6.1 - WPL does offer, only on select products, an optional in-house Warranty Policy. ( Learn more about our In-House WPL Warranty Policy )
1.7 - No Refunds, Credits, or Returns offered (Exception for items damaged in shipping - see described details in Paragraph 3 below)
1.8 - We reserve the right to decide to accept or decline any claims for possible processing mistakes, delays, or distressed merchandise.
2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 - While Water Pump Liquidators (“us”, “we”, or “our”) tries to ensure all ordered placed are shipped as fast as possible. We strive to ship all order with in of 1 to 3 "Business Days" for our "Time-to-Ship". Time-to-Ship refers to the time period between the order placement, handing & packing of product(s), and turn over to the carrier for transport. We make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average Time-to-Ship.
2.2 - All shipping costs & estimates can be obtained prior to checkout. All shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during the Checkout Process or can be obtained once item(s) have been added to the Cart using the Shipping Estimator. All shipping cost are based on item(s) weight, state and zip code.
2.3 - Expedited Shipping is available for majority of the items found on website. Expedited Shipping Rates can be obtained based same procedures stated in Paragraph 2.2 above.
2.4 - We ONLY ship to physical addresses in the USA. We will not ship to PO Boxes or international.
2.5 - Our preferred shipping carrier is FEDEX. We reserve the right to change or modify shipping carrier without notice to the customer.
2.6 - Each package may require a Signature Confirmation at the time of delivery by carrier.
2.7 - We are not liable in any way for items or packages that are stolen, mishandled, or misplaced after delivery by the carrier.
2.7 - We are not liable for ANY errors made by customer during the time of checkout. If carrier is unable to deliver package to customer, for any reason, and/or item is returned to us by carrier, for any reason, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Shipping Damage & Procedure
3.1 - It is the customers responsibility to report ANY and ALL shipping damage, visible or hidden, within 48 hours of receipt of item(s). Failure to notify us of shipping damage will constitute full acceptance of item(s) by customer.
3.2 - Shipping damage to packaging/box and/or scrapes and/or scratches WILL NOT qualify as shipping damage. Shipping damage MUST BE physical damage and/or broken item(s) only. To qualify as shipping damage, the damage must interfere with the products function is some significant manner. Cosmetic damage of any type or severity does not constitute physical damage.
3.3 - Customer MUST take photos of physical damage of item(s) for us to file a damage claim with carrier.
3.4 - We will issue a damage call tag from shipping carrier. Customer AGREES to have item ready for pick up by carrier. Customer must repack item(s) with any and all packing materials, literature, accessories, etc.
3.5 - Once the damaged item(s) have been picked up and returned to our facility by the carrier, and the items are inspected, we will issue customer A FULL REFUND OF ORDER. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for return credit to be applied to customer's credit card.
