Shipping & Delivery
Water Pump Liquidators (“us”, “we”, or “our”) tries to ensure all ordered placed are shipped as fast as humanly posible, we strive to ship with in 2 to 4 "Business Days" for "Time-to-Ship"
Time-to-Ship refers to the time period between the order placement, handing & packing of product(s), and turn over to the carrier for transport.
We make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average Time-to-Ship.
1. Calculating Shipping Expenses
All shipping costs & estimates can be obtained prior to checkout. All shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout Process or can be obtained once item(s) have been added to the Cart using the Shipping Estimator. All shipping cost are based on item(s) weight, state and zip code. We do not ship internationally. We only ship to USA based addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
2. Expedited Shipping
We offer Expedited Shipping for majority of the items found on website.
Expedited Shipping Rates can be obtained based same proceedures stated in Paragraph 1 above.
Any order placed with Expedited Shipping selected WILL NOT SHIP TILL NEXT BUSINESS DAY (For item ONLY in Stock)
3. Shipping Address Requirements
We ONLY ship to physical addresses in the USA. We will not ship to PO Boxes. All shipping addresses we be subject to verification.
4. Shipping Carrier
Our preferred shipping carrier is FEDEX. We reserve the right to change or modify shipping carrier without notice to the customer.
Please Note: Item(s) may require Signature of Delivery Confirmation at the time of delivery by carrier.
5. Undeliverable Address / Shipment Returned By Carrier
We are not liabable for ANY errors made by customer during the time of checkout.
If carrier is unable to deliver package to customer, for any reason, and/or item is returned to us by carrier, for any reason, this will be constituted as Customer Return and will be Subject to a 20% Restock Fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
6. 48 Hours to Report Shipping Damage & Procedure
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping damage to packaging/box and/or scrapes and/or scratches WILL NOT qualify as shipping damage. Shipping damage MUST BE physical damage and/or brokem item(s) only.
Upon delivery by carrier, customer MUST report any shipping damage with in 48 Hours. Failure to notify us of shipping damage will constitutes acceptance by customer.
Customer MUST take photos of physical damage of item(s) for us to file a damage claim with carrier.
We will issue a damage call tag from shipping carrier.
Customer AGREES to have item ready for pick up by carrier.
Customer must repack item(s) with any and all packing materials, literature, accesories, etc in the same matter it was delivered.
Once the damaged item(s) has been picked up and returned to our facility by carrier, we will issue customer A FULL REFUND OF ORDER. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for return credit to be applied to customer's credit card.
